Attorney Christine T. Elzer worked with attorneys from O'Brien, Coleman & Wright and the Abolitionist Law Centeron a class action lawsuit filed by protestors who experienced police misconduct at the East Liberty protest on June 1, 2020. That matter settled in the Spring of 2023.
